“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up” (Thomas A. Edison).
Do you see rejection as failure? Failure often points us toward changes in our direction and priorities.
C. S. Lewis explained, “Failures are finger posts on the road to achievement.”
Finding the courage to risk failure requires us to be vulnerable.
Recently, I shared some of my thoughts on failure and vulnerability on the WordServe Water Cooler.

I think I’ve been able to separate the two. I get rejection letters all the time but I don’t see them as failures. But ask me in ten years if I haven’t published my book – LOL.
It’s hard to separate the two, I know! I trust all those rejection letter will lead us both where God intends for us to go, don’t you? Btw, I’m still working toward that book publication, too. Let me know when you find a publisher, ok? And thanks so much for your comment! Love your title here – Grace, Grits, and Gardening!
